Bounce Fever
Is a group exercise class using mini trampolines. This type of exercise offers much in the way of your overall health. Burning calories helps you control your weight and take off any excess flab on your body. Cardio exercise, such as jumping, builds your aerobic endurance and keeps your heart strong and healthy.
Fusion Fever
Is a fun and simple, yet effective mixed exercise class including Dance, HIIT and Core-Strength. This class is great for anyone looking to tone & shape up, burn fat from those stubborn areas, and improve flexibility. It is also great for those who just generally want to get fit and raise their stamina with some fun exercises to motivational music.
Box Fever ( Boxercise )
This Is a exercise class that fuses 3 styles of workouts while using boxing techniques.
The first section, You will start using pads and gloves (you can pair up with someone in the class or you can shadow Box, this is optional) you will learn different punch sequences, this can seriously improve motor skills, balance, reaction time, and overall agility as you engage hand eye coordination in both hands.
Second section is Box HIIT this is a “high intensity interval training” that combines boxing, kickboxing, jumping, skipping and strength training
Third section is Box Dance, this is boxing and combat moves that are created into a dance routine to inspirational music.
This class will definitely tone up and shape up the arms and legs whilst also giving you a good HIIT aerobic workout, while resulting in fat burning and weight loss, it is also great for stress relief.
This class will certainly make you feel like a BADASS

Strength Fever
Strength Fever is a barbell class that shapes, tones and strengthens your entire body. ... The key to this class is THE REP EFFECT, a breakthrough in fitness training focusing on high repetition movements with low weight loads. This will help you achieve strength and introduce lean body muscle conditioning.
Total Body Fever
This class is a 30 minute workout, The content will change weekly between general fitness, cardiovascular training, toning, strength and fat burning exercises. In this class you will be working on all areas of the body, using exercise steppers, weights, body weight and resistant bands. Total body fever will definitely help tone, shape and burn fat.
